OUR EXPERIENCES, CURATED JOURNEYS ARE…
just like this retired professor and french speaKing tourguide
  • he was happy to welcome us to visit him at his home
like the apsaras adorning the bas-reliefs of Cambodia’s sacred temples, our artists embody the spirit of those timeless carvings…
When you begin to understand the meaning behind each hand gesture, each movement of the body:…
  • the language—its words, vocabulary, even its grammar—these celestial dancers transform. They become storytellers, Messengers between gods and humans.
  • You feel the depth of emotion in every character, sense their personalities, and carry the timeless stories they embody through the waters and the land of this kingdom, echoing across hundreds and thousands of years.

…In some of our curations, artists come and go—ស្រស់ស្អាត និង (មានអារម្មណ៍) ស្រស់ថ្លា ( srah sa’ath and srah thla)—graceful and evocative, as if born from the stones and stories that have shaped Cambodia for thousands of years.

When learning and experiencing a different culture, we invite our guests to keep their minds and hearts open. Our curated activities are designed for learning, reflection, and personal growth.

We hold deep respect for the Buddha—not as a religious figure, but as an enlightened person whose teachings and presence are woven into the foundation of Cambodianess, especially through the practice of meditation.

In this spirit, we welcome you not as a spectator, but as a fellow seeker—invited to listen, reflect, and grow. Our encounters are designed to be hassle-free and welcoming. You are free to participate fully, or simply observe with curiosity and care.

in one of our signature curations: “From Streets to Global Stages: Cambodianess Storytelling Walk with Phare Circus Founding CEO”

You will encounter with HUOT Dara (ហួត តារា), a first-generation Cambodian who rose from street life in the aftermath of conflict to lead a national cultural tourism icon, Phare Peroforming Social Enterprise (Phare Circus & Phare Creative Studio) for over a decade. he will bring you into his strories through a scenic, slow VillageWalk, on a shaded 1.5 km inner-path that can truely be tranformative!

Guests observe quietly and spiritually: authentic Cambodianess—their everyday ways of life, enduring resilience, and genuine joie de vivre, visit homes including His in his teenage years, admire achectures and historical events. This short & slow walk immersions is set in the back drop of Dara’s birth village where his late father served as the revered village chief.

Engage with moving personal stories, ask questions, solve interactive village quests, and conclude with an authentic artist encounter in the heart of Siem Reap city center.

Soon, guests are not merely observers. They learn, they practice, and in no time, they join the artists—gracefully, joyfully—becoming part of the dance itself.
